The war.

2 weeks ago I was preparing for war today is the last day I can prepare until it is war I'm worried and scared to see what will happen. I have to test my gun shooting I didn't want to do this. I get to say bye to my family and friends before I go to war tomorrow. They are coming at me I have to run. a bullet almost hit my friend but he dodged it. Soon I found someone from the other side hurt on the ground scared and breathing in and and out it doesn't matter if  I win or not because all that matter is that I saved that man.

    Hi Holley, I like that you have talked about how your character is feeling in your story, it helps me put myself in his shoes. If I was headed off to war I would just as scared and sad about saying goodbye to my family. Maybe you could add more describing words, like the way the bullet sounded as it left the gun? - India
